COROI Maurice is sponsoring the 11th edition of the orchestrated Culinary Festival Bernard Loiseau organised by Constance Hotels and Resorts. It is a one-week competition which associates six Starred Chefs, all holders this year in the Michelin guide and with six cooks of Constance Hotels and Resorts.
The candidates will have to emphasize the principles of the “Culinary Spirit” of Constance Hotels and Resorts which are defined as: “A fusion of spices and essences, aromas and flavours reinventing a delicate cuisine, where the culinary traditions of the Indian Ocean islands meet with flavours from Asia, Africa and Europe.”
